ASTM B168 Alloy 825 Circles, Incoloy 825 Circles, Incoloy 825 Rings Supplier in India.
Nandishwar Steel reckoned as leading exporter, supplier and manufacturer of Incoloy 825 Circle amongst our clienteles. These Incoloy 825 Rings (UNS N08825) are often used for components in pickling equipment like heating coils, tanks, baskets and chains. Alloy 825 Circle can be readily welded by the shielded metal-arc process using alloy welding electrode 135, the gas shielded arc processes using alloy filler metal 65, and the resistance welding processes. Alloy 825 Rings has practical immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and also resists polythionic acid SCC. This Nickel 825 Circle is also used for Chemical processing, Pollution control, Calorifiers, Oil and gas recovery, and more. Our Nickel 825 Rings are available at market leading prices. We also offer our clienteles a wide range of this product in custom-made sizes and shapes.
incoloy 800 vs 825
Incoloy 800 and 825 are both high-nickel alloys, but they differ in their chemical compositions and properties. Incoloy 800 has a higher nickel content and is more heat-resistant than Incoloy 825, which has a higher content of chromium, copper, and molybdenum, making it more resistant to corrosion by acids and other corrosive media. Incoloy 800 is often used in high-temperature applications such as furnace components, while Incoloy 825 is commonly used in chemical processing, pollution control, and oil and gas industries due to its excellent corrosion resistance in various harsh environments.
what is incoloy 825
Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of copper, molybdenum, and titanium. It is highly resistant to corrosion, particularly in acidic and oxidizing environments. Incoloy 825 is often used in chemical processing, pollution control, oil and gas recovery, acid production, and nuclear fuel reprocessing. It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and pitting in both reducing and oxidizing environments. The high level of nickel and molybdenum provides good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and general corrosion in chloride-containing environments. Additionally, the copper content of Incoloy 825 gives it excellent resistance to reducing environments such as those containing sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
