As a leading trader, exporter and manufacturer, Nandishwar Steel offers our patrons a wide range of Inconel 800 Circle in India. Alloy 800 Circle (UNS N08800) is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with moderate strength and good resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. Incoloy 800 Rings has useful oxidation resistance through 1800 Degree F. Tooling should be such as to allow for liberal clearances and radii. Alloy 800 Rings is extremely functional as it maintains a stable structure, even when exposed to high temperature. This Nickel 800 Circle are used in a variety of applications involving exposure to corrosive environments and high temperatures such as heat treating equipment, chemical and petrochemical processing, nuclear power plants and the paper pulp industry. We also offer the same to our patrons in custom-built sizes and specifications.

What is the difference between inconel 800 and incoloy 800?

Inconel 800 and Incoloy 800 are two popular nickel-based alloys, but they have several differences. Inconel 800 has a higher level of chromium content than Incoloy 800 and is better suited for high-temperature applications that require superior corrosion resistance. On the other hand, Incoloy 800 has higher iron content, making it resistant to stress corrosion cracking and oxidation. Additionally, it is easier to machine and form when compared to Inconel 800. As a result, Incoloy 800 is well-suited for projects where tight tolerances and complex shapes are needed due to its strong machinability qualities.

What is the maximum temperature that Incoloy 800HT can withstand?

Incoloy 800HT is a nickel-based superalloy with good corrosion, heat, and oxidation resistance. It has great mechanical strength and can perform in extreme temperatures up to 1,150°F (621°C). This makes Incoloy 800HT an ideal choice for applications that require excellent control over creep and rupture properties in environments where higher temperatures have the potential to cause serious damage. As such, it is relied on increasingly by industries like chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, oil refining, petrochemicals, and more to provide durability and reliability under the most rigorous conditions.
