This Hastelloy C276 Circle are being supplied, manufactured and traded by us to our esteemed patrons in best possible rates. Hastelloy C276 Rings (UNS N10276) can be forged, hot-upset and impact extruded. Oxyacetylene welding should be avoided due to possibility of carburization. Alloy C276 Circle resists chloride stress corrosion cracking even in boiling magnesium chloride. Alloy C276 Rings has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. Some of its great features include: High strength, Durability, Thermal resistance, and more. Our offered array of Inconel C276 Circle is used in different industries for a wide range of applications. The offered Inconel C276 Rings are widely used in automobile, cement, aviation and marine industries. Nandishwar Steel also offers these products in custom-built shapes and sizes with respect to highest international standard quality.

alloy 20 vs hastelloy c276

"Alloy 20 and Hastelloy C276 are both corrosion-resistant alloys, but they have different chemical compositions and, therefore, exhibit different levels of resistance to specific types of corrosive environments.
Alloy 20 (also known as Carpenter 20) is a nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloy that contains niobium, which makes it particularly resistant to sulfuric acid and other aggressive environments. It is often used in applications involving sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other harsh chemicals.
Hastelloy C276, on the other hand, is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten and small amounts of iron and cobalt. It offers excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, including oxidizing and reducing acids and chlorides. It is commonly used in chemical processing, pollution control, and waste treatment applications.
In summary, Alloy 20 is particularly resistant to sulfuric acid, while Hastelloy C276 offers broad corrosion resistance to many environments."

What is C276 Hastelloy circle used for?

Hastelloy C276 circles can be used in a variety of applications where excellent resistance to corrosion and high temperature is required. They are often used in chemical processing, pulp and paper production, waste treatment, and pollution control equipment, as well as in power generation, marine engineering, and oil and gas industries. The circles can be used in the fabrication of flanges, heat exchangers, valves, pumps, and other equipment that require excellent resistance to corrosion and high temperature, as well as good weldability and formability.
